Every item is unique. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight differences in colour, glitter dispersion, and finish may occur between the photo and the final product. These are not considered defects but part of the charm of handcrafted goods. We do our best to display colours accurately, but screen settings may cause minor variations.

3. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required in full at checkout, or a non‑refundable deposit for custom orders. Orders are confirmed once payment is cleared.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and text on this site remain the property of Everash Creations. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or resold without written permission. Personalised designs remain for your personal use only.

5. Liability Disclaimer
Our tumblers are designed for cold beverages only, unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper care, dishwasher use, or exposure to extreme temperatures. Please follow our Care Instructions provided with your order.
