📦 Processing & Turnaround Times

• Ready‑to‑ship / Pre‑made items: Dispatched within 2–4 business days from payment confirmation.

• Custom orders / Personalised designs: Made to order, dispatched within 3–6 business days.

• Please note: These are production times only and do not include Australia Post delivery transit times.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Options

• Standard Post: $6.95 – $9.95 AUD

• Express Post: $11.95 – $14.95 AUD

• FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over $80 AUD automatically applied at checkout.

• Local Brisbane Pickup: FREE — select at checkout. Arrangements and address will be sent via email once your order is ready.

📫 Estimated Delivery Times

• Queensland: 1–3 business days

• NSW, VIC, SA: 2–5 business days

• WA, NT, TAS: 3–7 business days

• Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to Australia Post beyond our control.
